This hospital is tucked away in the Baheri block of Darbhanga, specifically in the East Tola area of Panch-Baheri. It is part of Chandan Kumar’s property. If you are looking for us, you have to travel a bit into the rural side of the district. It is not like the big city hospitals where everything is automated and cold. Here, you will see cows on the road and people walking to the fields. The hospital is a small operation, what they call an OPC, so it is a more personal thing. We deal with whatever health issues the local villagers bring to us. Sometimes it is a fever, other times something more serious that needs a bed for a few days. The walls are painted a simple color and the floors are stone. We don't have a cafeteria, but there are local tea stalls nearby where families sit while they wait. Darbhanga can get very hot in the summer, so the fans are always spinning at full speed. We do our own paperwork and handle the phones ourselves.
