ASBAB CONSTRUCTION LLP

We are based in Village Leama, which is part of the Loam panchayat in Darbhanga. It is a quiet place compared to the big cities, but we stay quite busy with building projects all around the area. Living and working in the village means your reputation is everything. If you do not do a good job, everyone knows about it by the next morning when they are at the tea shop. We handle a lot of the local construction needs, from small family houses to bigger structures. It is not always easy getting supplies out here, especially when the roads get muddy during the rainy season. We spend a lot of time planning how to move bricks and sand when the weather is bad. There are no suits or ties in our office. We mostly wear clothes that we do not mind getting a bit of cement or dirt on. It has a family-run sort of feeling even though it is an LLP. We know the land in Darbhanga very well because we have lived here our whole lives. Every project has its own set of headaches, but we just deal with them as they come up. We do not make big promises we cannot keep, we just try to get the walls straight and the roof tight. It is practical work for people who need things built.
