Darbhanga is a place with its own pace, and Madarpur is a pretty busy part of it. We are not located in a big office park or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we have set up our workspace. Most days, it is just Manoj and a few others keeping things going. We don't have a lot of marketing or big signs. People usually find us because they heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. The office is a bit simple, with just the basic stuff we need to stay organized. We do a lot of our work out in the community, so the office is mainly for paperwork and meetings. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a big project going on, but usually, it is just a steady flow of work. The street outside can get pretty noisy with the local traffic and rickshaws, but we are used to it. We’ve been part of this community for a while and we just want to keep helping where we can. It’s a modest operation, but we put in the time and effort every day to make it work. It feels right being located here in Madarpur among the people we know. We don't try to be anything we aren't.
