Aaranya Foods Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in Gali No-3 in the Salim Pur Ahra area of Paulia. It is a narrow street, so it can be a bit of a squeeze for the delivery vans, but we make it work. We are in the food business, which means our building usually smells like whatever we are processing that day. It might be spices or grains, depending on the schedule. We aren't some giant food conglomerate with thousands of employees. We are just a local team trying to put out good stuff. The kitchen and packing area are always busy, with everyone wearing their aprons and trying to keep things clean and tidy. It gets a bit hectic around noon when the main orders need to go out. We have been in this lane for some time, and all the neighbors know us by the sounds of the machines. We don't have a big fancy sign or a glass storefront. It is more of a production unit where the focus is on the actual food. Sometimes we run into problems like a machine breaking down or a delivery being late, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a very hands-on job. We care about what goes into the packages because we know families in the area are eating it. That is really the main thing that matters to us at the end of the day. We just try to do our bit here in Paulia.
