Our office is situated in Iqra Appartment, which is in New Sir Sayed Nagar in Aligarh. It’s at B-3. Being near Iqra Public School means there is always a lot of activity in the mornings and afternoons when the kids are around. We work in maintenance services, which basically means we are the ones people call when something stops working properly. We use one of the rooms in the apartment as our main workspace for A2Z Maintance Engineering Services Pvt Ltd. It’s filled with ledgers and some basic tools we need for the day-to-day stuff. It’s not your typical corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a place where we get the job done. We’ve been based in Aligarh for a good while now. The team consists of people from around the neighborhood. We don’t have a complicated way of doing things. If a job comes in, we figure out who is free and send them out. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive from bigger cities, which can be a bit of a headache. The internet here is okay, but we mostly use our phones to keep track of everything. We take pride in just being reliable locals who know their way around an engine or a circuit board. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the school bells ringing nearby throughout the day. It's an honest living for us in the apartment.
