We’ve been here in the Old Market area of Bacheli for a while now. It’s a busy spot in the Dantewada district. Most people around here know where we are because it’s a small community and everyone talks. Our main office stuff happens at Siltara in Raipur, but this Bacheli location is where a lot of the ground work gets sorted. The road coming in from Raipur is long, and sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow. We deal with the daily tasks as they come up. It's not a fancy setup. We have desks, some old files, and a lot of tea gets made during the day. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just wait it out. Being in Chhattisgarh, you get used to the heat in the summer months. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. People just walk in if they need something. It’s quiet in the mornings, then picks up around noon when the market gets crowded. We keep things moving, trying to stay organized in the middle of all the noise outside. It’s just us doing what we do every day. Nothing too complicated about it. We see the same faces every week. That's how it is when you've been in one place for years. You know the neighbors and the shops nearby. We just keep our heads down and get the work done before it gets dark.
