We are set up at Plot No. 4 on the Ring Road in Kirandul, right near the petrol pump. It’s a convenient spot because we always have vehicles moving in and out for various projects. K.A. Pappachan Construction & Petro Pvt. Ltd. covers a lot of ground, from building projects to dealing with fuel. It's a bit of a mix, I know, but it works for us. My dad started with one truck and a small crew, and now we have more equipment parked out front. The office is usually a mess of blueprints and fuel receipts. We don't have a fancy lobby or anyone to bring you coffee. If you come by, you'll probably find us in boots and dusty clothes. The Ring Road gets pretty busy with heavy traffic, which is good for business but makes it loud throughout the day. We take on jobs around the local area, mostly small roads or site prep for new buildings. It’s hard work and the sun is brutal out here. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build things and supply what’s needed. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks or the rain stops a job for a week, and we just have to deal with it. We’ve been part of the Kirandul community for a long time and most people know where to find us if they need something built or moved.
