We are located in a place called Sahada, in the Janakadeipurvia area of Borikina. Saatej Ghaarellu Food (Opc) Private Limited is the name on the papers, but to the locals, we are just the folks making food. The word Ghaarellu means home-style, and that is exactly how we run things here. It is a very small setup, being an OPC. We don’t have a big fancy factory. It’s more of a traditional way of doing things in a rural setting. The roads around here aren't the best, and sometimes the power goes out, but we have learned to work around all that. We deal with local food items that people around here use every day. There is no corporate ladder here because there are only a couple of us. We spend our mornings preparing things and the afternoons getting them ready to go out. It’s a quiet life in Borikina compared to the big cities. We don't have a website that looks professional or a big advertising budget. We just rely on the fact that we do our work honestly. Saatej Ghaarellu Food is just a small part of this community. We take pride in the fact that we are local and that we understand what people like to eat at home. It’s hard work, especially when it’s hot, but we keep at it day after day. It's just simple food for simple people.
