Malchand Export

Down here at Malchand Export, we are positioned right near the main road in Shahpur. Being in Danapur Cantt means there is always something happening outside. We are directly opposite the bus stand, so you can imagine the noise and the crowds. It’s a very active part of town. We handle exports, which sounds complicated, but mostly it is just a lot of checking lists and making sure the crates are packed tight. We have been at this address for a while and have seen the road change a lot over the years. The traffic can be a real headache when we are trying to load the bigger trucks. We just make it work though. The office is small and cramped with files. I usually have the window open even if it’s noisy because I like the air. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signage. Our sign is a bit faded from the sun but people still find us. We know the regular drivers and the tea stall guy across the street knows exactly how we like our drinks. It is a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just rolls up their sleeves and helps out where they are needed. Sometimes we stay late on Fridays to finish up the week's shipments so we can have a quiet Sunday. It is just the way we have always done it.
