Our business, Vidhyasagar Buildcon, is located in Damoh. We are right near the Central Bank and right next to Sewa Udhyog. It is a very easy spot to find if you are familiar with this part of town. We mostly do construction and building work. We aren't some giant firm with hundreds of offices; we just have this one place in Damoh where we handle everything. It’s a small team here. We spend our days looking at sites and talking to suppliers. The office is pretty basic because we don't see the point in spending a lot on fancy furniture. We’d rather focus on getting the materials to the sites. Being next to the bank is helpful for the financial side of things. We don't have any big brochures or a sales team. Usually, people just come by because they heard we were doing some work nearby. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they will cost. Construction is hard and there are always some surprises, like the weather or delayed deliveries. We just deal with those things as they come up. It is a very local operation and we know most of the people who work in this sector around here. It’s just regular work for regular people, and we try to keep it as simple as we can.
