Sampark Bpo

This is our setup over in Jabalpur, specifically on Lajpat Nagar. We have been working out of here for a bit, handling the BPO side of things. It is a bit of a mix with the Gurgaon connection, but this 56B address is where the daily grind happens. We have rows of computers and headsets everywhere. It gets pretty loud when everyone is on a call at the same time, but that’s just the nature of the business. The office is usually humming with the sound of fans and people talking. We aren't some giant corporation with glass walls and fancy lounges. We just have our desks and a small break area where we eat lunch. The 470661 area is okay, though the electricity cuts out sometimes and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. Most of the staff live nearby, so we have a bit of a local feel even though we are talking to people from all over. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we are too busy staring at screens and answering queries. It is honest work. We try to keep the coffee pot full because the night shifts can get long. Sometimes the systems are slow, and we all just have to be patient. We are just a group of people in Jabalpur trying to make sure the work gets done correctly every day.
