Lafarge Sonadih Cement Plant Raipur

Even though the name says Raipur, this specific branch for the Lafarge Sonadih Cement Plant is actually over in Narsingarh, in the Damoh district of Madhya Pradesh. We are located within the Diamond Cements Worker Colony, specifically at H.W.C-6. It’s an industrial area, so everything around here is about cement and the workers. The colony is where most of the people live, so there’s a real community feel to it. Our office is a simple place where we keep track of the operations and the workforce. It's not a place for fancy visitors. It’s for the people who do the work every day. The 470675 area is quite far from the big cities, so we rely on each other a lot. We handle the daily logs and the maintenance schedules. You can hear the sounds of the plant in the background most of the time. It’s a bit dusty, and the sun can be quite harsh in MP, but we’re used to it. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that.
