Being located in the New Sabji Mandi means our days start way before the sun is even up. Jasuja & Co. is right in the middle of all that activity. If you've ever been to the vegetable market, you know how it is. It's loud, it's messy, and there are trucks everywhere. We have our spot here and we've stayed put for years. The name Jasuja & Co. is well known around this area because we are here every single day. There is no such thing as a quiet morning in the mandi. You hear the shouting of the vendors and the honking of the loaders from four in the morning. Our office isn't much to look at, just a place to sit and keep the books straight. It gets dusty with all the crates moving around outside. We don't have fancy furniture or air conditioning that works all the time. It’s just a workspace. People stop by to chat or settle things, and then they move on to the next stall. The New Sabji Mandi is a world of its own. We are just one part of it. We don't bother with fancy talk or big promises. We just show up, do what needs doing, and deal with the heat or the rain like everyone else. It’s a tough place to work sometimes, but it’s where Jasuja & Co. belongs. It gets busy, it gets hot, and it never stops.
