Our office is in Ward Number 10, over in Ayodhya Basti, which is part of Tedukheda in the Damoh district. It is located at Smt Kamlesh and Ramgopal Tiwari’s place. Being a watershed farmers producer company means we focus on things related to the local land and water, which is always a big deal for farmers in this part of Madhya Pradesh. Damoh can be a tough place to farm if the water isn't managed right. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks in the village about how things are going on their plots. It is a very local operation, no big corporate suits or anything. We mostly wear our everyday clothes and meet on the porch or in the main room of the house. It’s just a practical way to organize ourselves so we can handle the farming side of things better.
