Our place is Xotik Frujus Pvt. Ltd., and you can find us at Plot No. 169/5 (71) in Panchal Udyog Nagar, Bhimpore. This is an industrial area, so there are factories and workshops all around us. It’s not the quietest place to work, with the sound of machinery and trucks going by all day long. We focus on making fruit-based drinks. The floor of the unit is always buzzing with the bottling machines and the staff moving around in their aprons. It’s a practical space, built for work rather than for looking good. We have big vats and pipes everywhere. The air often smells like sugar and whatever fruit we are processing that day, like mango or guava. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in our work clothes dealing with the logistics. We have been at this plot for a while now. The walls have some scuffs from the forklifts, and the ceiling is high to keep the heat from the machines away from the workers. It’s a lot of long hours, especially during the peak seasons when we have to run extra shifts. We just focus on getting the bottles filled and packed into boxes. There’s no corporate fluff here, just a bunch of people trying to get the production targets met before the end of the day. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest way to spend the day. We try our best to keep up with the orders.
