Our place is located at Plot No. 169 in Panchal Udyog Nagar. Being in an industrial area like Bhimpore means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. Xotic Frujus is right in the middle of all that activity. Every morning, the area wakes up with the sound of engines and people arriving for their shifts. Inside our unit, we’re mostly dealing with fruit and processing equipment. It gets loud and it can get sticky, but that’s the nature of the job. We have a routine that we follow, starting early to beat the worst of the Bhimpore heat. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it, which is frustrating but part of the deal. We aren't some sleek corporate office; we’re a production site where real work happens. The floor is usually wet from cleaning, and there's always a crate that needs moving. We eat our lunch together in a small break area, usually talking about the local news or what’s happening in the colony. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because they wouldn't last long here anyway. We just care about getting the bottles filled and moved out to the trucks. It’s a lot of physical labor, and at the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. But we show up again the next morning.
