Our place is over at 87-A in the Silver Industrial Estate. If you know the Bhimbore area in Nani Daman, we’re right in that cluster of buildings. Wockhardt Ltd has been operating out of this unit for a while. It’s a typical industrial setup with high ceilings and a lot of metal shelving. The air always smells a bit like machinery and salt from the coast. We have a small crew here. Most of us have been working in Daman for years, so we’re used to the humidity. The estate gets pretty busy during the shift changes, with trucks coming in and out of the gates. We spend our days mostly on the floor, keeping an eye on the output. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a brochure. There’s some chipped paint on the walls and the desk in the front office wobbles if you lean on it too hard. But the work gets finished. We don't talk much during the heavy hours, just get the tasks sorted. Sometimes we eat lunch outside when there’s a breeze. It’s a steady job. We don’t have any fancy corporate speeches here. We just show up at the Silver Industrial Estate, do the shifts, and make sure the logistics are handled. It’s practical work for practical people. That's just how we run things around here every day.
