Rishitech Tex Limited

Rishitech Tex Limited is situated at Survey No 381 on the Zari Causeway Road, right near the Kachigam Road intersection. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, especially when the roads are dusty and the traffic is heavy. The area is mostly made up of industrial sheds and other factories. We’ve got a fair amount of space in our unit, which is good because we definitely need it for the work we do. The building is simple, just concrete and metal, nothing that would win any awards for looks. Inside, it’s usually quite loud. We are used to the constant hum of the machines and the specific smell of the materials we work with every day. The staff mostly comes from the nearby villages and residential areas. We have a small break area where everyone sits to eat their tiffin around noon. There isn't much around here in terms of shops or cafes, so we usually bring our own food from home. The weather gets really hot in the afternoon, and the metal roof overhead doesn't help much, but we have big industrial fans to keep the air moving. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what’s coming off the production line. It’s hard work and it’s very repetitive, but it’s what we do. We don't bother with fancy meetings or long presentations. We just look at the daily schedules and make sure everything is moving forward. Life here is about the daily shift. When the sun goes down, the road gets quiet.
