Powerbrand Adhesives

Our place is located at S. No. 361/12 in the Shree Ganesh Ind. Estate over in Kachigam Nani Daman. It is a typical industrial area with a lot of noise and constant movement. We spend our days making adhesives of various kinds. The smell of the chemicals is something you just get used to after working here for a week or two. It is often very hot in Daman, so the factory floor can get quite stuffy during the long summer months. We have our small office tucked into a quiet corner of the building. It is not much to look at, just a few old desks and a lot of paper ledgers. We do not use any fancy computer systems for every little thing, as some stuff is still done better by hand. The trucks come in and out of the estate all day long, kicking up a lot of dust. We try to keep the place clean but it is mostly a losing battle in an industrial zone like this. Our neighbors make all sorts of things, from plastic bottles to textiles. Sometimes we chat with the guys from the next unit over during the lunch break. We usually bring our own food from home and eat together on the wooden benches. It is a simple life and we like it that way. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone wearing expensive suits. We just wear our work clothes and get our hands a bit dirty every day. The work is steady and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
