Pind Punjab Da

Our place is right on the Vapi Daman Main Road. If you are driving towards the coast or coming from the check post at Dabhel, you’ll pass us. It’s a busy stretch. There are always trucks and cars moving past, so it stays quite lively. We called it Pind Punjab Da because we wanted that North Indian feel here in Daman. It’s a simple setup. We have tables for people who are just passing through and want a quick bite before they continue their trip. The weather here can get quite humid, so we try to keep the place comfortable. We get a lot of workers from the nearby industrial areas and families on their way to the beach. It’s not a quiet spot, to be honest. You can hear the road noise, but people come for the food anyway. We’ve been at this location for a bit now and the staff knows most of the regular drivers. We serve the usual stuff you’d expect from a Punjabi place. Nothing too complicated. Sometimes it gets crowded around dinner time when people are heading home. We just do our work and try to make sure nobody leaves hungry. It’s a practical spot for a meal if you’re on this road. We don’t have any fancy decorations, just chairs and tables and good portions. It works for the people around here.
