Pacific Group

Pacific Group is located at 123, Red Cross Bhawan. We’re right across from OIDC and near the railway reservations office. Being near the bus stand means there are always people moving around outside. It’s a very central spot. We hear the buses and the crowds all day long. Our office inside Red Cross Bhawan is pretty simple. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We have an old clock that doesn't keep the right time anymore. We have some chairs for visitors and a few desks for us. It’s not very big. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s convenient being near the transport hubs. People often stop by just to ask for directions since we're so close to the station. We don't mind helping out when we can. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy but we don’t mind. We do all kinds of things here. It’s a bit of a mix. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules. We just show up and see what the day brings. Most of the people who come in are just looking for help with something specific. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go almost every hour. It’s a good place to catch up on what’s happening in the neighborhood. We don’t have any big plans to move. This spot works for us.
