Our office is tucked away in Khariwad, over in Nani Daman. We are in Flat 405 at the Abhishek Maruti Apartment. It is a residential-style building, so it feels very much like a part of the local community here. Daman has its own pace, and we try to work within that. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us in this flat, working through the daily requirements for our clients. The apartment is usually pretty quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on complicated corporate solutions. We have our computers, a printer that sometimes acts up, and enough coffee to keep us awake. Living and working in Daman means we see the same faces often, and we like that. It's not about being the biggest; it's just about being here and doing the work. We get a lot of sunlight through the windows in the afternoon, which is nice. Most of our files are kept in metal cabinets along the wall. We don't use much jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just Oakmont, working out of a flat in Nani Daman, taking things one day at a time. The walk up to the fourth floor is good exercise when the elevator is busy. It is a very practical, down-to-earth kind of setup for us.
