Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd.

Our facility for Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd. is located at Plot No.160-A and 161-1 in Bhimpore, Nani Daman. We’re right near the Hotel Hill Top and the Coastal Highway, which is convenient for the trucks. You can usually smell the sea air when the wind blows the right way, though the industrial smells usually win out. It’s a large plot, and we have a lot of machinery for the packaging work we do. The floor is usually busy with people moving plastic molds and finished containers. It’s a loud environment, and you have to raise your voice to be heard over the hum of the injectors. We don't have any fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re pretty much right in the middle of the workspace. We’ve been in this part of Daman for a while, and the heat can be something else in the afternoons. We have big fans, but they mostly just move the warm air around. The staff is a mix of locals and people who moved here for the industrial jobs. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or whatever else is going on. It’s a practical place. We focus on getting the crates filled and shipped out to the highway. There’s no corporate polish here, just a lot of plastic and hard work. That’s how we’ve always run things at this location in Bhimpore.
