Our place is located at Plot No. 367 and 9 over in the Kabra Industrial Estate in Kachigam. It is one of those areas where you really see the work happening every single hour. We spend most of our time inside the units, making sure everything is where it should be. The estate itself is quite large, and sometimes finding specific plots can be a bit of a puzzle for newcomers. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years, with new buildings going up and more people moving into the area for work. Most of our staff lives nearby, so there is a local feel to the way we run things. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, we have practical spaces where we can focus on our operations. It’s a lot of routine, checking schedules and handling the logistics of being in Kachigam. Sometimes the roads get dusty, and the rain can make the industrial estate a bit messy, but that’s just part of the job. We try to keep our head down and stay busy. There is a lot to do every day, from managing the supplies to making sure the facility stays in good shape. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to get home before it gets too late.
