We are based out of Plot No. 196 in Panchal Udyog Nagar, which is over in the Nani Daman Bhimpore area. It’s a big industrial zone and we have a fairly large space to house all our engineering equipment. The air is often salty because we aren't too far from the coast. We spend our days working on various engineering projects, mostly involving large machinery and steel components. It’s a loud environment with the sounds of heavy trucks and machines running constantly. The floor is concrete and usually has some oil spots here and there. We’ve been here in Daman for a long time, and the team knows the routine well. We don't really go for any of that polished corporate look. Our clothes are usually stained and our hands are rarely clean. It’s honest work. We have a small office area for the paperwork, but most of the action happens out on the floor. There’s a lot of back and forth between the guys to get things lined up correctly. Sometimes the heat in Daman gets to be a bit much, especially in the middle of the workshop, but we just drink plenty of water and keep at it. It’s a solid place with a crew that knows what they’re doing. We just try to get the jobs finished on time without any unnecessary drama. It's been our home for years and we just keep going.
