You can find us near Mashal Chowk in Nani Daman. Our place is Indiecoffee Club, and we are tucked away in a spot listed as Sf-3 on the 14-171 property. It’s not a grand building or a fancy storefront you'd see in a magazine. We just wanted a place where we could focus on coffee without all the bells and whistles. Daman has its own slow pace, and we try to stick to that. We spend a lot of time just testing different roasts and talking to people about what they like to drink. We don't have a big marketing plan or a social media manager. We just open the doors and let the smell of the roasted beans do the work for us. The space is simple with just enough room for our equipment and a few spots for people to sit down. We’re not trying to be a global chain or anything like that. We just like good coffee and wanted to share that with our neighbors in the area. The streets around Mashal Chowk are always busy with traffic and people going to work. We’re just one of the many small businesses making a go of it here. It’s a bit of a hobby that turned into a real job for us. We do our own cleaning and we handle all the inventory ourselves. It’s a small, honest operation and that’s exactly how we like things to be.
