Tughlakabad has its own rhythm, and we’re right in the middle of it here in Dinpur. Our place at Daman Patalia isn't hard to find if you know the landmarks. It’s mostly just us working through the pile of things that need finishing by Friday. The weather here gets dusty, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the tables and the equipment. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees; it’s a small group of us who know each other well. Most days start early with tea and a quick look at what’s on the schedule. The building itself is older, but it works for what we need. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture because that doesn't really help us do the work better. If you stop by, you’ll probably see a few of us drinking water near the cooler or talking about the weekend. There is a lot of movement in this part of town, with trucks passing and people moving goods around. It keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or talk about the local news. We don't have a big speech about what we do. We just show up, do the jobs that come in, and go home to our families in the evening.
