Fixolite Wire & Cables Pvt. Ltd.

We run Fixolite Wire & Cables Pvt. Ltd. from our spot at Plot No. 168/111B and 112B. We’re part of the Dabhel Industrial Co-Op. Society Ltd. down in Dabhel. It’s a strictly industrial area, so there aren’t many distractions around here. Most of the day is taken up by the sounds of machines and the smell of materials. We’ve got a decent amount of space, which we need for all the wire and cable we handle. It’s heavy work, and it can be pretty tiring by the end of the shift. We aren’t really into the corporate vibe. We’re just a group of people making sure the products are made right. The floor is usually covered in scraps, and there’s always a pallet being moved somewhere. It’s a busy environment. We don’t spend time on fancy speeches or mission statements. Our goal is just to finish the day’s work and get home. Being in Dabhel means we’re around other businesses like ours, so we all kind of understand the grind. Fixolite has been around for a bit, and we just keep doing what we know. The plots here are large enough for what we need. It’s not a glamorous setting, but it works for us. We handle the shipping and the manufacturing all from this one location. It’s a lot to manage, but we stay on top of it.
