Daman Industries Associaation

Daman Industries Association operates out of the industrial estate on Somnath Road here in Daman. It’s an old area, lots of sheds and factories all around us. We spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork and the local stuff that comes with being in an industrial zone. It’s a bit dusty on this road, especially in the summer. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go over the years. Our office is pretty simple. A couple of tables, some old files, and a fan that’s always running. We talk to the guys from the other factories quite a bit. It’s a tight community in Daman. Everyone sort of knows everyone else’s business. We don’t have fancy signs or anything. Just the name on the door. It’s not about looking good; it’s about doing the work we need to do for the members. Some days are slow, others we can’t catch our breath. We get things organized, handle the local coordination, and keep the records straight. It’s mostly just making sure the day-to-day runs without too many hiccups. If you’re driving down Somnath Road, you’ll see the main gate. We’re in there with the rest of them. Nothing special to see, just people working. We like it that way. No fuss, just getting through the week and keeping the association matters sorted for everyone here in the estate.
