You can find Parmar Plastic out on Vadoli Road, specifically at Survey No. 117/1-117/2 near Village Dabhel. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main urban center, and you have to keep an eye out for the turn-off or you might miss it. The area is mostly open fields and other small workshops. Our building is a simple structure that does the job. It’s not very modern, but it stays relatively cool because of the way the wind blows across the open land. We handle a lot of different things here, and the floor is usually covered with bits of material and tools. There’s no big corporate vibe here; it’s more like a family-run shed where everyone knows each other’s business. We have a small area out front where we park the scooters and the occasional delivery truck. The village of Dabhel is just a short walk away, so some of us head that way for lunch if we didn't bring anything. The road can get a bit muddy when it rains, making the commute a little adventurous. We don’t really have formal meetings or anything like that. Usually, we just talk over the sound of the machines or while we’re loading up the finished goods. It’s a humble place, and we’ve been here long enough that the walls feel familiar. It’s just how we like it, focused on the daily tasks and making things work.
