Calcium & Minerals (India)

We are based at 130, J. Nanji Industrial Park in Vapi. It’s near the 3rd Phase of GIDC, in the village of Chiri. This area is very industrial, as you can probably tell from the address. We at Calcium & Minerals (India) spend most of our time dealing with the raw materials that come through here. The air smells like dust and machinery, which is pretty normal for Vapi. Our unit is just one of many in this park. We have a few machines running and a small office space where we handle the paperwork. It’s not a quiet job. There’s always some noise from the neighbors or the trucks loading up outside. We started here because it was close to everything we needed. We aren't a huge corporation with offices in skyscrapers. It’s just a ground-level operation. We work hard, sometimes on weekends if the orders are backed up. Our staff knows the routine well. We don't have a fancy lunchroom, just a corner where we sit and eat. Most people find us by word of mouth or because they are also working in the GIDC area. We try to be straightforward with everyone. No hidden stuff, just the work. It’s a bit gritty and honest. That’s how we like to run things here in Chiri. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the job and go home at the end of the day.
