AASHVI EXTRUSIONS

You’ll find Aashvi Extrusions over in Kachigam, specifically in the Classic Industrial Estate. We’re in B Building, S.No 328/15. If you know where the Kachigam Cricket Ground is, we are just behind that. On weekends, we can sometimes hear the cheering from the matches while we’re finishing up the Saturday shift. The estate is always buzzing with trucks and people moving crates. We focus on extrusion work, which means the machines are big and they run hot. It’s a lot of monitoring and making sure the settings are just right. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of workers. We’re a smaller team that knows each other’s names. We eat lunch together and complain about the heat in the summer. It’s honest work. We don't have a fancy lobby with trophies. The walls are just plain brick, and the focus is entirely on the production line. We’ve had some tough times when the machines break down, but we always find a way to fix them ourselves. That’s the benefit of being hands-on. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make parts and we make sure they meet the specs given to us. It’s practical, it’s sometimes dirty, and it’s what keeps us going. Most people around here are doing the same thing, just trying to run a good shop. Sometimes we watch a bit of the game during our break if the gate is open.
