Rs Drug Agency is situated in the Bariya area. We are located right near the Devi Mandap, which is a very well-known landmark around here. If you ask anyone near the Mandap, they can point you to us. The area is usually quite lively, especially during festivals when there are lots of decorations and music. Our workplace is pretty basic. We have a front area for customers and a back area where we keep the bulk of the stock. It’s mostly just shelves and a few chairs. We spend our days answering the phone and helping people find what they are looking for. It can get a bit hectic when several people come in at once, but we manage. The floor is concrete and easy to sweep, which is good because a lot of dust comes in from the road. We aren't a big chain, just a local agency. We have some regulars who stop by just to say hello even if they don't need to buy anything. It feels more like a community spot than a cold business. We don't use any fancy computers for everything; a lot of it is still done in ledgers. It works for us. The weather gets really hot here, so we try to do the heavy lifting in the early morning before the sun gets too high.
