Namdhari Engineering Works

Namdhari Engineering Works is over in Tajpur, Samastipur. If you know where Anurag Cold Storage is, we are right near that. We are also close to Pusa. It's a bit of a trek for some, but for us, it's just where we go to work every morning. We do a lot of engineering stuff, mostly fixing things and making parts. The shop floor is usually covered in oil and metal shavings. It's not a clean room by any means. We have some old machines and some newer ones too. The sound of clanking metal is pretty much the soundtrack to our day. We don't have a fancy office upstairs. We mostly just stay down where the work is happening. Sometimes it gets really hot in the summer, especially with the machines running, but we have some big fans that help a little. We get a lot of local farmers and business owners coming by needing something welded or turned on the lathe. We just take it as it comes. There's no big management team here, just a bunch of guys who know how to use their hands. We like being near the cold storage because it's a landmark everyone knows. We've been in Tajpur for a good while and we don't plan on moving. It's just Namdhari Engineering Works, doing what we know how to do. We keep things simple and focus on the repairs.
