Ajay Industry

We are based out in Shivaji Nagar, Dalphad, right near the Shiv Mandir. Ajay Industry is basically a small production unit where we make things every single day. The sound of machines is pretty constant around here during working hours. It’s not a quiet office environment; it’s a place where things are actually being built and put together. We have a small crew of guys from the local area who know how to handle the equipment properly. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of raw materials stacked up in the corners. Being near the Shiv Mandir means we hear the bells in the morning, which is a nice way to start the shift. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy lobby for visitors to sit in. If you come by to see us, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes covered in a bit of oil or dust. It’s a very hands-on type of business. We’ve lived in Dalphad for a long time, so setting up the industry here made the most sense for us and the workers. We just try to keep the machines running and the production schedule on track as best as we can. It’s tough work and the days are long, but we’re proud of what we manage to do. We aren't a big corporation, just a local industry doing its part every day.
