Our office is a simple setup where we coordinate different travel needs. It’s not a fancy place with lots of decorations. We have our computers and some chairs, and that’s about it. We deal with people who are looking to get from one place to another without too much fuss. Mangalore is a city that never really stands still, so we stay busy. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just try to make sure that when someone books a trip, the vehicle actually shows up. The traffic in Balmatta can be a real pain during the evenings, so we spend a lot of time explaining delays to people. It’s just part of the job. We are a small team and we’ve lived in Mangalore for years, so we know how things work here. We don't try to sound like a big global company.
