Vinayaka Engineering Works

At Vinayaka Engineering Works, we are based at Plot Number 254 on 8th 'A' Road in the Baikampady Industrial Area. It’s a pretty standard industrial setting with lots of factories and trucks moving around all the time. Our workshop is an open space where we do a lot of fabrication and metalwork. We have some big machines for cutting and bending steel that have been with us for a long time. They are old but they are reliable, and we know exactly how to use them. The air in Baikampady is often a bit dusty and the sun can make the workshop really hot in the middle of the day. We usually take our breaks when the heat is at its worst. We don't have a fancy office suite. There’s just a small wooden desk in one corner where we keep our records and take phone calls. Most of our work comes from other companies in the industrial area who need repairs or custom parts made. We don't do much in the way of promotion. We just focus on the welding and the machining. It’s a tough environment, and we often go home with dirty clothes and tired hands, but it’s a living. We’ve been here for years and we’ve seen the industrial area change quite a bit, but we just keep doing our thing at our own pace. It's a straightforward, practical business for us, and we take things one job at a time.
