We are builders and developers who spend most of our time out on sites near the coast. Mangalore has its own way of doing things, and we’ve adapted to the local climate and style over the years. We aren't a big, shiny firm from a metro area. We’re local people who know the land here in Dakshina Kannada. Our office is a simple place where we meet with clients and go over plans. Usually, there’s a bit of sand on the floor and some blueprints spread across the table. We don't use a lot of marketing fluff or try to sound more important than we are. We just build houses and commercial spaces that work for the people living here. Sometimes the monsoon rains slow us down, but we just pick up where we left off once it clears. It’s a very practical way of working. We know the local suppliers and the workers in the village, which helps keep things moving. We aren't looking to change the world, just to do a solid job on the buildings we’re responsible for.
