Our place for Utkrastha Ahaara Llp is down at 6/149/15 on J B Lobo Road. If you know Kottara Chowki well, you know it can be a bit of a maze sometimes with the side streets. We set up shop here because the rent was decent and it is a good spot for what we do with food. It is a plain building, nothing that really stands out if you are just driving past quickly on the main road. Inside, it is mostly just us working on various food projects. There is a lot of coming and going throughout the day with people dropping things off. We do not really have a front desk or anyone to greet you properly, as we are usually out back or busy with paperwork in the office. The neighborhood is okay, mostly quiet except for the usual street noise and the occasional neighbor’s dog. We have had to fix the plumbing a couple of times, since old buildings like this have their own quirks. The name Utkrastha Ahaara might sound a bit formal to some, but we are actually quite casual around here. Just a small team trying to get things done without making too much of a fuss about it. We use the space for everything, from storage to planning our weekly schedules. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full blast. Not much else to say, we just show up and work.
