Trademart Consultancy Private Limited is based out of the Rai Complex in Kamblapadav. We are care of Sandeep Rai at D.NO. 1-314(127). It is in Pajeer Village, which is a bit of a quiet area compared to the city. The complex is a simple building, and we have been here for some time now. We do not have a fancy office with glass walls or modern art. It is just a room with some desks, a couple of fans to keep us cool, and plenty of paperwork. We do consultancy work, so a lot of our time is spent looking over documents and talking to clients who come by. Pajeer is a nice place to work because it does not feel as rushed as Mangalore. We can take our time to think things through properly. Most of our clients are people who live or work nearby. We do not have a big staff, so you usually end up talking to the same person every time you visit. We do not do any big promotions. We just open the office every morning and get through whatever needs doing. Sometimes the village life is a bit slow, but it suits the kind of work we do. We like being in the Rai Complex. It is a solid, dependable place for us to run our consultancy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work at hand.
