We are based at Kulkunda House in Parvathamuki. This is in the Subrahmanya Post and Village area, specifically in Kukkesubrahmanya, Kadaba. It is a bit different from the big city offices. Tinsen Holdings & Estates Private Limited is a local business that deals with estates in this region. Our surroundings are much greener and quieter than Bangalore. We work out of an old house that has been converted into an office space. It has a very relaxed feel. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings. Most of our work involves managing land and agricultural estates around the village. We spend a lot of time outdoors, walking the boundaries of properties. It is a slow-paced environment, which we prefer. People here know each other, so business is mostly done through personal connections. We handle the paperwork for land transfers and estate management. It can be complicated with all the local regulations, but we have been doing it for years. We aren't looking to expand into big cities. We like being part of the community here in Subrahmanya. Our office is just a place where people can come for a chat about their land. We take things as they come and try to be fair in all our dealings. It's a practical, local way of working. Most of our days end with the sun going down over the hills. It is a good way to live.
