Tangent Securities is our small office over at Shree Nilaya. We are located in the Ullal Kapikad area, right by the Ullal Post in Mangalore. It’s a quiet spot, not like the busy center of the city. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time now. People around the neighborhood usually just walk in when they have questions about their investments or how the market is doing. It’s not a huge corporate floor with hundreds of desks. It’s just us here. We spend most of our day looking at screens and talking to folks who stop by. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. Ullal is a nice place to work because you get that coastal breeze. We know most of our clients by their first names because they live just a few streets away. It’s a straightforward business. We don't do much advertising; people mostly hear about us from their neighbors. If you’re looking for Shree Nilaya, it’s easy to spot once you get into Kapikad. We keep the office tidy but it’s definitely a lived-in space. There are files everywhere and the tea guy comes by twice a day. It’s just a regular local office where we try to keep things clear for everyone who trusts us with their paperwork. Nothing too complicated, just daily work in a quiet part of town near the sea.
