We are over at Gajanana Complex in Surathkal. It is right there by the service bus stand, so there is always noise and people moving around. Being in Mangalore 575014 means we see a lot of students and commuters every single day. We do a mix of travel bookings and some publicity work for local stuff. The office is not very big, just a regular space where we keep our logs and talk to people who walk in from the street. It gets dusty sometimes with all the buses pulling in and out next door, but that is just part of being at the bus stand. We have been here for a good amount of time now. Most people know the building. If you are coming from the main road, you just look for the complex near the stand. We spend most of our day answering questions about bus timings or helping folks with travel plans. Sometimes we help with local ads too since that is the publicity side of things. It is a simple setup with a few chairs and a desk. We are not a big corporation or anything like that. Just a local shop trying to help people get their travel sorted out. The rain in Mangalore can be heavy, so the office usually gets a bit crowded when people are hiding from a downpour. We just keep the doors open and do our work.
