Our office is in the Golden Arcade, which is right at Rao & Rao Circle on State Bank Road. This is a very busy intersection in Mangalore 575001. There is always something happening outside, with buses and autos constantly circling. We’ve been here in Golden Arcade for a while. The office is a straightforward place where we handle travel bookings. It’s not very big, but it’s where we do all our work. We spend most of the day talking to people who want to go on trips or need a vehicle for a day. It can get pretty loud with the traffic outside, so we sometimes have to shout a bit on the phone. We don’t use any corporate talk or big promises. We just look at what’s available and tell the customers the price and the time. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the routes around the State Bank area very well. Sometimes we go downstairs to the tea stall when things are quiet. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, but the office keeps us mostly out of the sun. We handle a lot of different types of travel, from short local hops to longer tours.
