Sri Dharmashastha Construction

Sri Dharmashastha Construction is a small firm located on the 2nd floor in Mallikatta. This part of Mangalore is where we do all our planning and phone calls. We have been around 575003 for quite some years. It is mostly about building stuff from the ground up or doing big renovations for folks. We are not a corporate giant. We are just a local crew that works out of this office space. You will usually see a bunch of blue prints scattered on the tables. Mallikatta is a good area, fairly easy for people to reach. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or out at the dust-filled sites. The office is our quiet spot to get the numbers right. It is not a polished showroom. It is a working office. We get people coming in to talk about their new houses or maybe an extension they want to add to an old one. We listen and tell them what is possible and what isn't. Sometimes the weather in Mangalore messes with our schedules, especially when the monsoons come. But we keep at it. We have been part of this community for a long time. People know us by our name and this location. We just try to do a decent job with the bricks and mortar. It is hard work, but we like seeing a project finally get finished. This office has seen many plans.
