Sjec Foundation

Sjec Foundation is located out in Vamanjoor, right within the St. Joseph Engineering College campus. We specifically work out of the Clergy Residence area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city of Mangalore, but it’s a nice, peaceful place to be. Being on a college campus means there is always energy around, with students walking to class and the sound of bells ringing. Our setup is pretty modest. We have a few rooms where we handle all the foundation's business. It’s quiet in our building, which is good for when we need to focus on paperwork or planning. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of files. Most of us have been around the college for a long time, so we know everyone. We spend our days coordinating different tasks and making sure things are running smoothly for the projects we support. Vamanjoor is a nice area, quite green and away from the beach crowds. We like being part of the college atmosphere without being right in the middle of the lecture halls. It’s a practical place to work, and we don't feel the need to make it look like a high-tech startup office. We just do our daily tasks, have our lunch together, and keep things moving. It’s a steady kind of life here at the foundation and we enjoy the work.
