Silver Tours And Travels is based on the first floor of the Cp Complex in Pumpwell. Pumpwell is a hub, so it makes sense for us to be here. We’ve been running the business from this office for several years. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and some chairs for customers. We handle a lot of different travel requests. Some people want to go nearby, others are looking to go further away. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking prices and schedules. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The office can get a bit warm in the summer, but we have a fan that helps. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just tell people what we can do and what the cost is. If there’s a delay or a problem, we let you know. We’ve found that being direct is the best way to run things. The Cp Complex is easy to find if you’re in the area. We have a lot of regular clients who have been coming to us since we first opened. It’s nice to see familiar faces. We aren't trying to become a huge company. We just want to keep things running steadily and help people get where they need to go. Every day is a bit different, which keeps it interesting for us. We just stay here and work.
