Most people know the Amba Bhavani Bajani Mandira nearby, so it’s not too hard to find us if you're in the neighborhood. We mostly deal with getting people where they need to go around Mangalore. Sometimes the roads get a bit crowded, especially during festival times when the temple has events, but that's just how it is here. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s a practical space where we sit and figure out the schedules for the day. We have a few drivers who know these lanes like the back of their hands. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan going full speed. People stop by to ask about trips to the Western Ghats or just down to the city center. We keep a ledger for everything, though technology is creeping in more these days. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you might see different faces depending on who is free. We don't really do the big fancy advertising because word of mouth in Bajal works better for us. If you're coming from the main road, just look for the Mandira and you'll be close. We try to keep the vehicles clean, but with the dust around here, it’s a constant battle. That’s just life in Mangalore.
