Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd.

This is the Mangalore office of Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. We are based in the Silver Sands Apartments, specifically in unit number 103. The building is located in the Ladyhill area, which is a pretty well-known spot in the city. The pin code is 575006 in the Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka. Working out of an apartment block gives the office a very different feel than a typical commercial building. It is a bit more personal and quiet. We have our workspace set up to handle all the local operations and projects. Mangalore has that nice coastal breeze, and being in Ladyhill means we are close to a lot of the city's activity without being right in the middle of the noise. The team here is small but we keep ourselves busy. Most days are spent on the phone or working through documents. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. It is just a functional space where we meet and work. If you are coming to visit, just look for the Silver Sands building near the main road. The apartment is on one of the lower floors so it is easy to reach. We take pride in just doing our work steadily every day. It is a simple life here, and we prefer it that way. No big corporate speeches, just the actual work getting finished. That is how we operate daily.
