Our office for Sanidhya Engineering and Erectors Private Limited is over in Mangaluru. Specifically, we are at 3-58/4A K. M Raja Villa, which is on Vishnumurthy Temple Road in Vishnu Nagara. It’s a nice part of Dakshina Kannada, especially with the temple being so close by. You can often hear the bells or see people walking to the temple in the mornings. It gives the place a calm feeling that you don't always get in bigger cities like Bangalore. We’ve been here in Karnataka for a good while, and we like the pace of life in this neighborhood. The office is basically a converted villa space, which makes it feel less like a cold corporate building and more like a place where people actually live and work. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around the engineering and erection business for years, so we just know what needs to happen each day. There’s no need for big meetings or long speeches about our goals. We just look at the schedule and get to it. Sometimes the humidity in Mangaluru gets to us, but we have some fans going and just keep working. We are proud of being a local business here on Vishnumurthy Temple Road. People around here know the Raja Villa address, so it’s easy to give directions. We just take things one day at a time and try to do an honest job. It's a solid place to be based and we like the local atmosphere.
